Doug's personal mission as a Worship Pastor is, "To lead people in corporate worship by being a worshipper, and to purposefully instruct, inspire, and empower people to live a life of continuous worship." Doug's prayer for Bridgepoint is that each of us will continue to grow in understanding in what it means to live a lifestyle of worship. He prays that the worship of our God will go beyond the services and programs.

Doug is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He has a church music degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO.  Doug loves music and sports, and especially likes basketball.  

Doug's wife Heather is originally from Baker City, Oregon. They met at Baptist Bible College, and were married in 1998.  They adopted 3 beautiful children in 2005.
