Pastor Jeff Love accepted Christ at the age of 10 at Temple Baptist Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico. When he was in high school his family moved to Abilene, Texas where his father joined the staff of Trinity Baptist Church. It was there that Jeff felt the call of God on his life to go into ministry, and also where he met and began dating Becky while still in high school. They were married in 1978 and moved to Springfield, Missouri where Jeff was attending Baptist Bible College.

After completing his training, Jeff and Becky moved to Boise, Idaho in 1980 to work with Pastor Bob Hines at Broadway Avenue Baptist Church. Jeff served for 15 years as youth pastor, later transitioning to associate pastor and family ministry. In 2004, he became senior pastor at Broadway and looks forward to many more years of ministry here.

From the time he was still a teenager, God placed a passion in Jeff’s heart for the Pacific Northwest. Next to serving his church, or spending time with his wife and family, nothing stirs his heart more than to be in the mountains, hot on the trail of that elusive bull elk. It never ceases to amaze him that God has allowed him to live out his dream of living in the place he loves, among the people he loves, doing the ministry that he loves.
